Re: ENT Storm Front (Parts 1 & 2)

Sorry I didn't get around to adding the link to Part 1 when it dropped. I was on time-out. *eyeroll* Not the first time I've had to deal with that kinda shit this month. I was put in Twitter jail a few weeks ago, because I told a bunch of anti-vegan thugs who were harrasing me in my mentions to die ...

Re: DACA and the DREAM Act

Edit:

Thank you Arkle for your post stating outright that you had learned nothing from the weeklong ban and your intention to continue breaking the rules. You have earned your permanent ban.

Re: DACA and the DREAM Act

Admiral X will never concede no matter how many facts you throw at him. Why? Because if he did, then he'd have to admit to being racist, and he has convinced himself that since he doesn't feel like a bad person, and racists are bad people, therefore he can't be racist. That's why I put him and other...

Re: Mass Effect

Facebook memories today reminded me of about this time last year when gamer bros lost their shit over the protagonists of ME: Andromeda being announced as being brother and sister. Phrases like "political correctness run amok" and "SJW" were thrown around. To this day I still have no fucking clue wh...

Re: Voy: Alter Ego

Wasn't there a TNG episode where some kid tried to get rid of his emotions by emulating Data? Yep. "Hero Worship." Poor kid blamed himself for an event that killed everyone on his ship but him becuase he'd leaned on a console, but Data figures out that was just a coincidence and it was actually the...

Re: Voy: Alter Ego

I honestly did not expect Chuck to score this episode as high as he did. I do not remember this episode fondly.

Re: DACA and the DREAM Act

And of course, Jeff Sessions, a man who was considered too racist for a judgeship in the 1980s, an era where the movie Soul Man was greenlit, smiled like he was getting a BJ when he announced (and lied about what it was) the DACA repeal. If you put someone like that in a movie script, the studio hea...

Re: Shows I'd like to see Chuck review

My prediction for the Christmas episode is that it's going to be either The X-Files or Stargate Atlantis' Worst episode.

I think Babylon 5 is out of the running since the most likely candidates (Infection and Grey 17 is Missing) have already been reviewed.

Agreed. Besides, isn't this a show about turning lead into gold in Vietnam? ;)

Re: Upcoming Films

60km in length or in width? Because the latter would make it more than 3 times as wide as the Executor was long. The former would make it larger than the Death Star. This feels like they're just trying too hard with First Order  That's kinda the point with the First Order though. Their whole ...
