So I am dedicating this thread to comics and comic runs that may be overlooked. My first recommendation is the 2012 Scarlet Spider run by Chris Yost. Here we find Kaine (a product of the 90's and the Spider-man 'Clone' storyline) traveling to Houston and becoming a bit of an atoner after a series of evens that includes taking in a young telepathic girl named Aracely. I really enjoy this run due to Kaine becoming a Snarky atoner who seemed to believe he was a monster pretending to be a man. The supporting caste was fun and interesting and Kaine still had the Parker Luck:
It was a series that really ended too soon.

Re: Comic Recommendations
I have to recommend Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows by Gerry Conway.
I also want to recommend Giant Days by John Allison
