Re: VOY - Retrospect

I was the one who originally requested this episode back in 2016, before the Weinstein scandal brought this sort of material to greater public attention. Funny how a few years can suddenly make something more relevant. This was probably my least favorite episode of Voyager (hence my requesting it) b...

Re: Average Episode Scores for all Star Trek Series

Ahem...I notice a distinct lack of Enterprise on this list of, as the title of this thread puts it, "Average Episode Scores For All Star Trek Series". Are you one of those people who pretend that that show doesn't exist? (Please note my tongue is firmly in my cheek when I say all this). Then again, ...

Re: ENT: Divergence

See, all these discussions about empires and whether or not addressing the forehead thing was a good idea are why I don't participate in these threads as much as I'd like. I'm nowhere near as smart or deep as the rest of you. Case in point; my big gripe about this episode is the lack of followup to ...

Re: Dragon Age II: EA boogaloo

You may have petered out by the end there, SFDebris, but given all the trouble the game gave you (and the real life hassles), I'm impressed that you got through it all and still managed to be informative and entertaining. Hat's off to you. Also, thank you for introducing me to "Land of Confusion". I...

Re: Dragon Age II Review Opening Music

I believe it's "Leliana's Song", from Dragon Age: Origins.

Re: Dragon Age II: EA boogaloo

So you're into torture-porn? Brave of you to admit that here. Nah, just letting him know that all his suffering is paying off in the form of at least one dedicated viewer. Though I will admit that sometimes his hatred for a property can make the review even more entertaining. Kannazuki no Miko spri...

Re: Dragon Age II: EA boogaloo

Hmm, looks like the server change won't let me quote either (while also insisting I'm using too few characters), so... Nevix: "Let's just sum this up with the statement that I have a lot of respect and admiration for SF Debris and how much he's gone through while producing his review series." You an...

Re: TV-366 Star Trek Reviews

Enterprise --and my project--comes to an end with a trip to the Mirror Universe, eyecandy in the form of Orion slave girls, and the beginning of the Federation. What? There's one last episode in there too? I don't know what you're talking about... https://tv-366.blogspot.com/2018/03/day-361-enterpr...

Re: TV-366 Star Trek Reviews

Two arcs for the price of one today; the first steps towards creating the Federation (with a nice big role for Jeffrey Combs/Shran), and the justification for a long-puzzled over aspect of Klingons (with a nice amount of angst for Malcolm/his fans). https://tv-366.blogspot.com/2018/03/day-356-enterp...

Re: TV-366 Star Trek Reviews

In this batch of reviews, we get the arc that tries to soften the Vulcans (even if the execution is kind of a disaster) and two standalone episodes, one of which foreshadows an encounter in TOS . As you might be able to guess, I like the standalone episodes better. https://tv-366.blogspot.com/2018/0...
