Re: Upcoming Films
I don't like how in the trailer it made you think that Luke is gonna screw up Rey's training too, after he already screwed up Kylo's training. Is Rey gonna be tortured in every film? The trailer also made it look like Finn and Poe were such a non-entity, I wonder why they are even part of the franch...

Re: The CW DC "universe" (Smallville, Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Black Lightning)
It was the actor of Winn I believe, not the actor of Mon-El. Personally, I don't like Lena and Kara that much, I thought her relationship with Cat Grant in season 1 was much deeper and more believable. And it bothers me when people seem to ignore the actual lesbian storyline of the show with Alex ju...

The actress also said that if it was up to her she also like it if Lena doesn't feel too betrayed and would prove that she doesn't have the same anti-alien bias as her family by forgiving Kara quickly. But she still maintains that as far as she is concerned Lena doesn't know, that's how she plays it...

Re: The CW DC "universe" (Smallville, Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Black Lightning)
(BTW, calling it now, she totally knows Kara is Supergirl.) But the actress who plays Lena has repeatedly said that as far as she is concerned Lena doesn't know and she even prefers it that way. If people don't see that, then she probably isn't a very good actress. (for the record, I think the Lena...

Re: The CW DC "universe" (Smallville, Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Black Lightning)
I thought season 2 of Legends was more entertaining than season 1, mostly because I thought the season 1 villain was pretty boring and they also got rid of the main romantic story of season 1. The romantic story of season 2 wasn't really great either (pretty rushed) but at least it wasn't a triangle...

Re: TOS: A Taste of Armageddon
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the episode left me really cold when I watched it many years ago, as a kid. But it's a lot more chilling when I watch it today as an adult.

Re: The CW DC "universe" (Smallville, Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Black Lightning)
I watched about half a season of Legends of Tomorrow and... I think it's OK. I don't like the acting as much as the other two shows', overall, but nobody's Beltran levels of bad. I'll probably watch more, but I'm not sure. Just out of curiosity, did you watch season 1 or 2? This is followed by an e...

Re: Las Vegas shooting
They used to be a somewhat credible source back then when Syrian war was more "hot" and they were competing with other jihadist groups over who is better. But ever since they power base there got pretty broken by everybody's efforts they are a lot more tattered than when they enjoyed their short liv...

Re: Shows I'd like to see Chuck review
That was a surprisingly cool episode, but I think it would be really hard to explain that without the context of who this Rip guy is and why it's so shocking for them to find him. The moon landing episode was pretty fun as well. (Legends was my favorite of all the DCCW shows last season)

Re: Full Moon
I have to say, I don't really like anime, but I find myself oddly fascinated with the Full Moon reviews and I always watch them even though I have never seen the show. It's the only anime show I do that for. Maybe the oddity of him reviewing something so girly is so striking, it makes me overcome my...
