Re: President Neelix denies thousands of deaths in Puerto Rico
Trust me, FemtoCat, he really is that bad at English. Here's some sample quotes: https://www.shortlist.com/news/most-ridiculous-trump-quotes-ever/54443 Those quotes are taken from his speeches. Believe me, when i am trying to speak english i sound much, MUCH worse :) @Femto that's thinking worthy o...

Re: President Neelix denies thousands of deaths in Puerto Rico
Donald Trump's command of the English language is so poor that he almost certainly DID mean "in the aftermath" as well as "during the hurricanes themselves" That would imply that the statement he made does indeed mean what i thought it meant, which means that according to you 72 year old man who wa...

Re: President Neelix denies thousands of deaths in Puerto Rico
Maybe because in the aftermath of a hurricane things aren't exactly OK, and they certainly weren't OK in the aftermath of Irma especially in Puerto Rico. That, almost certainly, is correct. Doesn't change the fact that these statements: President Neelix denies thousands of deaths in Puerto Rico Tru...

Re: President Neelix denies thousands of deaths in Puerto Rico
To me it seems that your president is correct 3000 people did not die in the two hurricanes that hit Puerto Rico. And ~3000 people figure comes from the study that estimates the amount of people who have died in the aftermath of these hurricanes, long after they have passsed. Or is it me not underst...

Re: Why do we live in a world where people sympathize and side with rapists?
Lots of survivors have come forward. I have a ton of links related to this if you want. During 30s and 90s in Germany and Russia respecively quite a lot of people had come forward, describing truly horrible and blood-chilling stories about the Evil Jews Who Have Ruined/Stole/Raped Everything. My fa...

Re: Why do we live in a world where people sympathize and side with rapists?
The very idea some people want to sympathize with Soviet rapist hordes I realize that asking this question these days is really inconsiderate and impolite, but do you have any reliable evidence that there were, actually, "soviet rape hordes"? Of course there should've been some war crimes, it was t...

Re: Star Trek: Discovery - thoughts?
After watching episode four and witnessing one of the most stupid deaths in the entire franchise (Landry's), i am now convinced that the events of the STD are transpiring in the mirror universe (remember, evil == stupid), and this is why: 1. This explains why starfleet from STD is much more technolo...
