That's the thing though. The Borg are a threat to this century, since humans at this point have no idea what they're dealing with. If they launched a strike on starfleet command I'm sure the casualties would be huge. Considering how fast the borg adapted to the weaponry of the time when they boarded...

I'm having the same error, it happened rather suddenly but they aren't down completely. If you access the 'past updates' tab and scroll from there you can watch them, its just when you try to use the menu system on the right that it 404 errors out.
