I appreciate that the New Canon actually played up the diversity of the Mon Calamari ships and I enjoy the fact that the New Canon was brave enough to just let the Empire die rather than propping it up like they did in the Old Canon.

I recommend the Thrawn trilogy considering that it kept the franchise in the public eye in between the movies otherwise, you've pretty much watched and played the best parts of the old EU. However, if you're still curious about the old EU I would recommend Dark Horse's Tales of the Jedi and Old Repu...

ReBoot Some stuff in the Lord of the Rings series outside of the books Reboot could definitely use a reboot, but the one we got was not it (it was in-name-only, really). Remake the show, give it a complete overhaul visually and fix some of the dumb parts and you'd have something solid that works to...

I recommend reading the graphic novel because Snyder doesn't really understand certain aspects of the book's message and the book also knows how color works.
