Re: Gargoyles: Enter MacBeth
Slight nit-pick, but Rhys is pronounced Reese (like Kyle Reese from Terminator, or John Reese from Person of Interest). I'm in pedantic Scottish goit mode. Just in case Chuck ends up doing videos on Wing Commander 4 or Sliders or Indiana Jones or something else with JRD in it.

Re: VOY - Night
Neelix, worryingly, has a point in training people in other roles. Paris was dumped with being assistant nurse (as well as being the main pilot, commando, Most Interesting Man In The Room etc), so that meant that between him, the Doctor, and Kes, there were only 3 people who are trained in medicine ...

Re: Voyager - Random Thoughts
Two scenes that I'm surprised weren't covered; Tuvok and the cop talking telepathically (which I don't remember Vulcan's ever doing, let alone any other telepaths in Trek), and Tuvok's dark imagery. The first just seems to have been thrown in and later ignored. Telepathy becomes a game-changer if it...

Re: VOY - Survival Instinct
An episode without a Stupid Neelix Moment? Ron Moore should have written more episodes. It does highlight one aspect of ex-Borg in the Delta quadrant. Throughout Voyager, we have the three from this episode, the planet Chakotay encounters, and 7. So, surely that means that there are people with expe...

Re: TNG - The Emissary
K'Ehleyr seems to me what Torres should have been. Not to detract from Torres or her actress, but there seems to be a lot of material that someone literally between two different worlds because of their parents being from two different races that could be used (I've never really watched TOS so I don...

Re: TNG - A Matter of Honor
What I don't see is how the Benzite idea of seeing a problem, but not doing anything about it till they've got a solution, wouldn't have been drilled out of them when they hit Starfleet Academy? Surely by then, everyone would know the established protocol inside and out, as well as why a process is ...

Re: missing video
Torchwood: Miracle Day has completely disappeared. It's Torchwood, so YMMV just how tragic that is, but figured it should be brought to modders attention.

Re: Sic Transit Vir
This is actually mentioned in an episode, but I forget which one. I think it's the one where Lennier and Londo end up working together for the episode, and Londo uses one of his tentacle penises to cheat at poker. Also... JMS got cable networks to include tentacle penis based poker cheating on came...

Re: VOY - Inside Man
Having not watched the episode, but the review, why would Reg's girlfriend work with the Ferengi? Is it ever mentioned? Edit: It's one of my gripes about Star Trek, in that they don't really flesh out human society outside Star Fleet. In a post-scarcity society, you wouldn't want for anything, so yo...

Re: A Look at Holograms and Ethics
I'd like to see Chuck take this further with other media. Other than TOS, I don't really remember Trek dealing with AI's, other than Data. Weirdly enough, the only other show I can think of which dealt with sentient holograms was Red Dwarf, where they really don't make the distinction between softwa...
