Re: DS9 restoration issues

I found another issue: Business as Usual's audio is corrupted or something; it all plays back at roughly 8x the normal speed.

Re: Dragon Age: Inquisition

Have not watched the whole video yet, but my first impressions are that this game seems to fall into the same trap that almost every other RPG does (and at least most BioWare games that I'm familiar with), which is to try to build up the MC as the most important person in the world right from the be...

Re: TNG - Galaxy's Child

This whole episode just makes me uncomfortable. The part where Geordi says "I've tried to be so accommodating and trying to meet you part way and you're being so unreasonable" is just disgusting when you remember that by "being accommodating" he means inappropriately trying to turn a professional me...

It's sometimes hard for fantasy settings to draw me in; I find that they can be either too derivative or not derivative en...

Re: B5 - Voices of Authority

Is Chuck going to work on republishing Point of no Return for the purposes of this week's episodes? I wanted to watch it but it's stuck in Limbo.

What is a good review for a newcomer to watch?

I have a friend who I recommended sfdebris to and she's asking what she should watch; specifically what episodes I recommend. I can't think of any particularly good ones off the top of my head though. I'm looking for both particularly funny reviews and good opinionated philosophical reviews.
