Something About Police Brutality

This is for topical issues effecting our fair world... you can quit snickering anytime. Note: It is the desire of the leadership of SFDebris Conglomerate that all posters maintain a civil and polite bearing in this forum, regardless of how you feel about any particular issue. Yeah. That's why this thread got yanked out of Superman vs. the Elite.
Thank you for that TGLS again.

What is important is how people are reacting, and -a few idiots aside- people are wearing masks, social distancing, and helping their neighbours out. People are the important part, money isn't. Money is an illusion anyway. Every western nation has enough of this phantom concept to pay every one of its citizens to stay home, some of them are even doing so. The economic crisis is one created by some of those loud idiots who just happen to be in government, not the virus.
Sorry to bring this here, to this thread but I would have to ask if the world is getting better, too. Specifically the police brutality thing, weather you are on the cops side, BLM's side or both, doesn't seem to be getting better.
No nation has enough money to pay everyone to stay at home, because money is a tool for measuring the relative value to society of the goods and services produced. If everyone is at home then there are no goods and services produced and how much one is paid by the government is meaningless. If there is nothing to purchase, money is worthless. If there is nothing being produced, then people die. The economy is the actions humans undertake to keep everyone alive and hopefully a bit better than that. To the extent that money is a tool to keep the economy moving efficiently, saying that money has no importance compared to people is a sophomoric thing to say.
A managed democracy is a wonderful thing... for the managers... and its greatest strength is a 'free press' when 'free' is defined as 'responsible' and the managers define what is 'irresponsible'.”

Still it came out of nowhere.

Fuck it. I hate man buns. They look like a scrotum on the back of the head. I blame idiots.
I got nothing to say here.
