Except for a few things, expert systems flat out are better than the common human in a given field. Our advantage lies in our ability to do everything good enough at the same time and adapt on the fly.

If you distil it down it becomes apparent that those are actually very specific areas. They're utterly useless without the human input that holds everything together.

It's also pretty contemptible to try to remove ourselves from things we can do well enough, as long as they're not things too dangerous or dull for anyone to want to do.
