In a burst of performative cruelty, the 80-odd kids who managed to get through the gauntlet to actually recieve care are having it taken away so the Tories can have some culture war points for the upcoming election.

Oh and apparently to do this they found the one doctor who thought mutilating trans kids by forcing them through the wrong puberty was a good idea and out him in charge so he could enforce it. That's some Florida level bullshit right there.

I shouldn't be surprised, I'm not when American conservatives do the same thing and I'd always heard it's bad over there. Still expected better of them for some reason.
