Also includes clothes. Sold jeans to a girl? Lawsuit.

Genuine question: What is a "gender non-conforming haircut"?

I suspect that in MAGA brains they are imagining a boy with a crew cut and a girl with pigtails, but that doesn't really stand up to reality.

Is a pixie haircut on a girl "gender non-conforming" even though it has been a popular girls haircut for decades? Look at some of the "wild" haircuts that boys had in the 1960s and 70s that reached their shoulders. Look at friggin' hair metal bands from the 80s. Look at numerous wrestlers.

I know "it doesn't make sense" is what we are saying here... but it really does not make sense. I legit do not know what they are saying.

It actually makes perfect sense.

MAGA specifically hates all the hair styles you mentioned and wants to force everyone back to 1950s conformity.

A lot of them are legitimately still mad about women wearing pants.

They aren't trying to make sense. They are trying to make laws vague enough that they can punish anyone expressing their gender in a way they disapprove of.

Pixie haircut has been around in one form or another since the Roaring 20's.

My guess for women, long hair. Men, short hair. Nevermind for men, hair has been all over the place. Long hair on men gained alot of traction during the 60's due to if being anti establishment.
I got nothing to say here.

"without limitation changes in clothing, pronouns, hairstyle, and name.”
So person named Dana, male or female name? They just made a given name illegal or are trying to?
Isn't the without limitation the definition of too broad for a proper law?

Like I said, an overly broad law is easier to terrorize people with.

Another point to the idea that the GOP wanted small government.
