As horrible as this is the tariffs against uninhabited islands with occasional penguin populations are probably a world first.
One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars.

Has anyone noticed this but when it comes to attention to details seems like the Trump administration lacks it. Like how does it make it past people who get paid to make up these tariffs to put them on a island that has zero humans on it? There are examples like this, but I can remember them offhand.

Its like having a lawyer who doesn't know how to fill out certain paperwork... Wait bad example.

Or not knowing how to spell a word during a big rally.
I got nothing to say here.

Of course they lack the ability to see details. People who see details aren't welcome anywhere near Trump, they tend to be full of too many inconvenient truths and might even have some idea what they're talking about. They're not the sort to be brownnosing toadies.

I mean even these sort of details if they paid attention wouldn't affect Trump at all. I mean, there would be no media jokes about putting tarrifs on penguins for example.

I am fairly certain there are many that are fully aware of what is going on and the big time dangers in what Trump is trying to do, but keep their mouths shut because of thd bootlicking.

In other news, Trump showed his Gold Card for foreign millionaires to buy into being an American citizen. Naturally has his face on it. Costs just $5 million.

Of course when the plan was released months ago it was pointed out that there are only so many millionaires in the world and majority of them are already in the US anyway.

Now what is the purpose of these cards? You would think this wouldn't be a sustainable thing either. Would hostile foreign agents be able to buy them or is there is an actual vetting process?

It is what it is. Trump selling the US to highest bidders.
I got nothing to say here.

China is imposing a 34% tariff on all US goods in retaliation.

Trump has just killed the soybean export market among other things.
