I have heard about this I was a kid. At the time it would have been the mysterious Tenth Planet.
I got nothing to say here.

Fun fact: This "Planet X" of our youth, while having many superficial similarities, would actually have been a different object to the one proposed now.
Bonus fun fact: If we never had made the difference between planets and dwarf planets, this newest "Planet IX" would actually be... Planet XIX, I think? The additional planets would be Pluto, Orcus, Salacia, Makemake, Ceres, Eris, Haumea, Gonggong, Sedna and Quaoar. Presuming I didn't forget any.

I only knew of that tenth planet that was theorized to be past Pluto.Madner Kami wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 3:25 pmFun fact: This "Planet X" of our youth, while having many superficial similarities, would actually have been a different object to the one proposed now.

I am pretty sure if we never made the difference between planets and dwarf planets, moons will still be called moons and large asteroids even if large like Ceres would be still called asteroids. And Pluto would still be a planet. Just like before.
I got nothing to say here.
