So, John Oliver just did his break down of the Report and, going by his team's read of it, Russia DID interfere with the election and actively reached out to 45's campaign to collude with them on said tampering, but pretty much EVERYONE in the campaign was ignorant of Russia's propositions and the ones that were privy to them blew them off not realizing who they were talking to.

And apparently, the Investigation only got as far as it did because 45's administration is insubordinate as all get out.
