I wonder if this is connected to people leaving? It would seem to make the city better in some ways. Less traffic, shorter lines. The little things that make life worth living. Unless you run afoul of the odds, I guess.

I don't see that much of a problem for NY's habit of popularity-stealing?
However the crime rate is only 8% in Buffalo and not much increased here in the city-state, except that one time slavers tried to abduct me a month before the JFK Airport scare.
