My opinion on police reform is that we could start by fixing the legal system. Remove a shit ton of the laws that are being enforced to segregate and oppress as well as criminalize private behaviors and the police are less likely to be called for things that aren't their business.

I do think if someone has mental issues the people with guns might not be the best plan A.

Note I don't know much about PTSD so if this actually isn't a factor of PTSD feel free to correct me.
