The first sentence works by itself, the second one doesn't help as much as you think.
Yeah. But we all know how anti-feminist he is.

The loss of innocent until proven guilty will not effect women as much as men because the justice system is already weighted against men. Please look up the prison sentences for women rapists, paedophiles and murderers compared to men and then get back to me.

Executive and judicial overreach are the direct result of congressional disfunction. The only way to fix that is to both end gerrymandering and make votes of confidence that dissolve the government if they fail to pass.
Congress not doing what the Party controlling the executive branch wants is a legitimate choice. If the excuse "Congress won't act" is legitimate, then what we get is a legislature that is merely a rubber stamp for the executive anyway and is therefore redundant. That is most of the way to dictatorship.

The second sentence implies the loss of equal treatment under law, as well.

The presidency is part of the government, if they cannot reach an agreement with congress they're out of the job as well and unlike everyone else the President is term limited. The president would be able to fail at most one vote of confidence before being barred from the position for life. It would in fact dramatically increase the power of the legislature over the executive at the cost of having to pass a budget every year.
