Vice Presidential Debate

This is for topical issues effecting our fair world... you can quit snickering anytime. Note: It is the desire of the leadership of SFDebris Conglomerate that all posters maintain a civil and polite bearing in this forum, regardless of how you feel about any particular issue. Violators will be turned over to Captain Janeway for experimentation.

All it is, is just more Trump lies and bullying. Vance is just following the script because that is who he is.
I admit, to Vance's credit, I could see him struggling to have to justify and sanewash the endless amount of nonsense the moderators brought up to him.

"Donald Trump said that ET went on a killing spree with the Frito Bandito in Dallas, TX. What do you have to say?"

"Those were nicknames he had for real criminals."

"Really? Because he went on to say ET was such a good guy when he was befriending Drew Barrymore and that we should boycott Fritos now."
Well as far I can see he is really dodging the Janurary 6th questions as far as I can tell.

Though it is funny in that Trump has been asked questions about the very questionable things Vance has said.
I got nothing to say here.

And that doesn't really help him in the "I'll follow what the constitution says about elections" issue. I think all and all he did a really good job of projecting a modest sense of personal support for Trump given that they brought up with his past indifference which signals that he has conviction for the principles he holds over time. At that point he can just downplay the actual impact of the riot because a lot of people kind of laugh about it anyway.

But their modesty was pretty balanced to the point where most people on the left were very happy that it was an amicable discussion which shared progressive and traditional values.

Trump obviously snagged this guy because he is a millennial that has modern media impact but also checkboxes all the Republican establishment qualifications. He's a straight bulldozer.
..What mirror universe?
