Dude, it IS possible to call countries out on war crimes without being a racist.

Put it another way; are all Americans evil because of the inhuman crimes we committed against Native Americans, up to and including US Army cavalry troops under John M. Chivington using Native infants as target practice (and those are just the crimes Congress called him out on!)? Are all Germans evil because of the 6 million Jews and 5 million Roma, Slavs, LGBT people, and political dissidents gassed to death, worked to death, and/or experimented on in cartoonishly evil ways in WW2?

Russians are just people with the bad luck to get a lot of shitty authoritarian leaders.
