Darth, based on current scientific understanding, what percentage of global warming is human caused? Give it as an approximate number, range, or estimate.

What percentage of global warming models have accurately predicted temperature increases.
If you say anything other than 0 you're wrong. And when you realize that all those models generally overestimated the rate of warming you start to see the problem.
If it's all man made, merely the change in albedo and increase in greenhouse gas, then it should be a cinch to calculate. But it isn't.

GreyICE wrote: ↑Mon Jun 08, 2020 3:00 amYou're right! We don't know whether it was Trump or Barr who actually ordered them to clear the way. Although Trump clearly planned the photo op to run through an area of protests! So you can argue he's just completely incompetent, and disconnected from the real world.
Oh wait, you'll just prevaricate on whether he knew what he was doing or he didn't.
As for the rest, are you ever going to answer the question I asked you way back at the start of it?
Darth, based on current scientific understanding, what percentage of global warming is human caused? Give it as an approximate number, range, or estimate.
As I explained to you clearly, saying "some" global warming is happening, but it's natural and not human caused is just the latest lie from the Republican party. Which you are predictably spreading, because you're a liar and completely incapable of using logic or reason.
From there, you repeatedly tried to dodge the point that the Republican party was flexible in their lying by being a flexible liar. And to summarize, if you believe anything other than "global warming is entirely human caused", you are anti-science. That's logic. That's reason. And you have no connection with either of them, unlike your original lie from that thread.
GreyICE, that's someone wanting a photo op (probably). You've given no evidence that he planned the route, right?
And if he'd been going to the grocery store, would that have been intertwining of government and grocery stores?
As far as global warming, I've put in relevant quotes. Move the goal posts all you want. It's hard to tell where you stop being dishonest and start being an idiot. I suppose it doesn't really matter, as far as how I should treat you.

Anyways I'm guessing like 1.7%? It's amazing in spite of everything how much the environment started repairing itself once lockdown went in effect.
..What mirror universe?

If you wanted to sleep because there was a big presentation tomorrow, and I knew this, then I scheduled death metal band practice outside your house at 2 AM, I feel like I might wake you up. And I feel like you - knowing that I knew you were sleeping, and needed to sleep - might feel that I was responsible for waking you up. Despite the fact all I was doing was playing some death metal.Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Mon Jun 08, 2020 8:39 pmGreyICE, that's someone wanting a photo op (probably). But I feel like you understand this, and are being disingenous. As usual.
For your grocery store analogy, if Trump decided to walk to Walmart, hold up a big Walmart smiley face, declare Walmart was his favorite store, and discuss how he likes buying all the "stuff you buy" at Walmart, then yes. I might think his campaign was intertwined with Walmart. And if the entire Republican party did it, I might think the entire Republican party was intertwined with Walmart.

I'm also pretty sure grocery stores/supermarkets don't have a well known history of being intertwined with governments.GreyICE wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 1:23 am If you wanted to sleep because there was a big presentation tomorrow, and I knew this, then I scheduled death metal band practice outside your house at 2 AM, I feel like I might wake you up. I think I see it. The second link shows an example model that only takes into account man caused effects and it generally over estimates warming. It's likely the kinds of models climate alarmist use.TGLS wrote: ↑Mon Jun 08, 2020 5:30 pm https://www.carbonbrief.org/analysis-how-well-have-climate-models-projected-global-warming

it also mentions having to take into account cloud cover, volcanos, and solar variation sooo....

That isn't an answer to the question I asked. You might not be intelligent enough to realize it, but that doesn't matter because you won't be honest enough to acknowledge it.GreyICE wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 1:23 amIf you wanted to sleep because there was a big presentation tomorrow, and I knew this, then I scheduled death metal band practice outside your house at 2 AM, I feel like I might wake you up.
