Absolutely iconic. We've got a new folk hero. He's already inspiring murder ballads.

So apparently a McDonalds worker ratted him out for reward money...and now they aren't even going to pay out the reward money to the McDonald's worker.

Anyway, here's his manifesto: https://gizmodo.com/they-continue-to-ab ... 2000536812

He looks nothing like the pictures they put out and the story from the police that he had the muder weapon and a manifesto just randomly on his person when they grabbed him is ridiculous.

I'm not at all convinced they didn't just pin it on a random guy.
One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars.

I'm still open to that possibility, and I will be following news of the coming trial with interest.

Not reducing this to sci-fi but this is a sci-fi website, I'm seeing the worker as Jayne from Firefly and Mal explaining the feds don't pay.

Luigi needs to hire a better lawyer because a good one would tear through this case even though he's obviously guilty. It's just the cops are so bad at their job that they feel the need to not gather the real evidence.

I mean, offers to pay his legal fees are pouring in like floodwater, so I doubt it's a lack of funds. I also would caution against calling him "obviously guilty" before the trial even started.

Apparently the Health Insurance companies leaned on the DOJ to discourage "copycat killers". https://danboguslaw.substack.com/p/heal ... -pressured

Also, the judge on the case? Owns a huge amount of healthcare stock. Seems kind of like a Conflict of Interest, but what do I know? 9_9

There is nobody more dangerous than a man with nothing to lose. And there are thousands of such men out there. This is beginning to dawn on the billionaire class, I think.
