While they do hate trans people and want us all to not exist, the main purpose of these rules is to give license to harass cis women and girls for not performing femininity to their satisfaction. Hounding a family and demanding medical records because a girl has short hair, that kind of thing.

I used that as an example since one of the problems with a Trans ban is how will they know who is Trans and who is not just someone that for example looks like a woman but is a man or vice versa.

Also the same way for men too. Making sure they don't act too feminine. Getting into things men should not get into. Doing makeup, doing nails in colorful colors (though would still cringe at men having black nail polish), not normal guy clothes. Etc.
Mind you this is a stepping stone for the gay community to be set back decades too.
