If I was employed at the time, suck his dick because I'd be afraid he might fire me if I didn't, while trying to covertly gather as much evidence of the incident as I could in the vain hope that I could prove he forced himself on me in court.Antiboyscout wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 5:35 amIf your boss asked you for a blowjob what would you do?Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:48 pm Antiboyscout, what would you do if I waved a gun at you and asked for money?

But according to your run of logic, you're perfectly at liberty to Just Say No to me because I'm not actually threatening your life.Antiboyscout wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 5:34 amShoot you with my ccw or stab you with my pocket knife.Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:48 pm Antiboyscout, what would you do if I waved a gun at you and asked for money?

A weapon being pulled is a threat. Are you implying that every instance a cop has sex with an arrestee involves the officer's sidearm being pulled? The second it's pulled from the holster, all bets are off.Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 11:25 pmBut according to your run of logic, you're perfectly at liberty to Just Say No to me because I'm not actually threatening your life.Antiboyscout wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 5:34 amShoot you with my ccw or stab you with my pocket knife.Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:48 pm Antiboyscout, what would you do if I waved a gun at you and asked for money?

Are you implying that handcuffing somebody and throwing them in the back of your car does NOT constitute a threat?

If it was done for legitimate legal reasons, no.

See, this is where we differ. No matter how legitimate the reason for the arrest, once a cop gets you into their car, once they bind your hands, you are in THEIR power. You don't know what charges they are going to bring against you. You don't know how long they will detain you before you get your one phone call, and if that phone call will go through. You don't know if you will be reported as "missing" or turn up as a "suicide". You have no reason to believe they have your best interests at heart or still see you as human being.
Any request a cop makes to somebody they have handcuffed is a request made with the force of threatened violence behind it. It doesn't matter if the arrest is legal or not, they have you in their power.

You don't know what any person is going to do ever cop or not.Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 15, 2018 12:08 amSee, this is where we differ. Is there a cop in America that doesn't have a dash cam recording everything they do?

Antiboyscout, if I had you handcuffed with your arms behind your back, I would have a much greater certainty of what you could and could not do. Your obfuscating the issue with philosophical abstraction.
Power is real. Threats, spoken and implied, are real. You've said nothing to actually refute my point.
What is lost here? Why are you arguing so strongly for the right of cops to fuck a person they already have handcuffed and detained, on duty? In what manner is the goodness of society lessened if they have to wait until that person is no longer in their custody and at their mercy to say "May I stick my weiner in you?"

Being labeled a rapist for the rest of time is the problem. Being thrown in jail is the problem.Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Sun Jun 17, 2018 4:52 pm Antiboyscout, if I had you handcuffed with your arms behind your back, I would have a much greater certainty of what you could and could not do. I would want the officer to be fired. You want them to be jailed for rape charges. Get it?

And they can avoid being labeled rapists by just...not sticking their weiners into anyone who is currently locked up by them or tossed into the back of a squad car. This is not a huge infringement on personal liberty. This is me saying "wait until a person is out of your custody to fuck them, just in case they are saying 'yes' because you have them utterly at your disposal. Confine yourself to fucking the billions of people who are NOT in your cell, whom you do NOT have restrained with devices that make it hard to fight back and impossible to escape."
