This is why other countries separate Head of State and Head of Government. I hereby nominate Will Smith to be Master of Ceremonies of the United States and go eat at fancy dinners with Queens and such. The worst that can happen is a sitcom plot, right?

Yeah, let's just have a stand-alone Head Ambassador or something. Just have POTUS pick a willing celebrity to do all the touring. I would appoint Ryan Reynolds, myself.
