Again, he'd fix the nation because HE is the one in charge and he will NOT accept any stains on his good reputation (see also: Doom with Latveria).

The fact that the SUPERVILLAINS actually care about more than just "my number's the biggest!" is the bleakest part of it.

Any book that had a villain that acted like our current leadership would be seen as boring and one-dimensional.

Our guys are "nuke the San Andreas Fault so all my hotels become beach front property" Luthor, but they're also doing it to "own the wokes".
