Sure, the government should get more efficient in how they handle things, sure we need a solution to actually reduce the national debt. But we all know that the cuts Elon is trying to make and the tax cuts to thd rich the Trump will want to make isn't going to decrease the debt. Just add to it.
Sometimes we do get things right this side of the pond. When Truss tried the "tax cuts to the rich" thing she was kicked out in pretty short order.
So the latest real estimation of Musk's hatchet job on the government has saved about $20 billion. While at the same time causing havok. Rehiring employees that they fired.

$20 billion so far to help pay for the estimated $4 trillion for tax cuts on the rich. All because decades ago Reagan came up with the idea of trickle down economics. Tax the poor and the middle class? Sure? Heaven forbid you tax the rich.
Did that idiot do the same thing with twitter, and have to undo it quickly because when you fire people who do important jobs, suddenly that job isn't going to get done.
Yes. If I recall he did fire some important employees that was responsible for the coding for Twitter. I can't recall if he brought them back or not.

The fact is Twitter hasn't yet to make back what it was valued before he bought it.
I got nothing to say here.

Make sense when he bought twitter it was ran by someone who somewhat knew what they were doing, now he is in control the whole now has to deal with him.

Wall st markets have opened to five month lows. All gains since Trump took office have been wiped out.

Trump is refusing to rule out a recession.

In good news, Tesla shares have been dropping for seven weeks in a row, wiping 800 billion from their stock market value. That is the GDP of Poland.

Really bad timing for Tesla, all of this stupidity from that moron Musk. A few years ago and it wouldn't have hurt anywhere near as badly. People hadn't seen Musk for the narcissistic self-absorbed prick that he is (not sure how they hadn't), and now there are plenty of other decent electric cars to choose from.

I wonder what the record is for how much a billionaire loses from bad business. Just wondering if Musk is getting to that point of being 'The Biggest Loser in History' title.

Also wonder when the messy divorce will happen between Trump and Musk. I think it might be coming soon.
I got nothing to say here.

Whenever I read or hear "Elon Musk" these days, the only thing that comes to my mind is "Sansha Kuvakei".

Plus they haven't put out a new model in five years so they're way behind the curve.

The truck isn't helping either. Nevermind the shape, but having design issues. Even then, that thing is ugly as hell.

Also doesn't help that Musk's friend is doing away with alot of 'Green' programs which includes EVs.

Well, 45 put out an army recruitment ad using the Nazi pink triangle symbol, in case you needed another reminder that the Nazi president is, well, a Nazi. It's worth noting that when the concentration camps were liberated, the allies chose to let people with the pink triangles "serve out their sentence" rather than free them.

So now Trump is admitting we will go into a recession now. Something he himself is creating.
