Not much they can do really. What they need is for Republicans to realize they made a mistake and start fighting back. Even if it means they may not get re-elected. Get enough of the them to side with the Democrats then maybe they can create enough push to legit threaten Trump with legal action.

But it will take awhile and who knows how much damage Trump will create before that happens or if it happens.

Trump just declared that Biden's pardons are void purely by fiat.

Legally he can't do that but we're well past the point of pretending he's bound by the Constitution or rule of law.

So you certainly heard of how Trump deported a bunch of people to [strike]Venezuela[/strike] El Salvador, where they are thrown into a working camp labelled as a prison, using a law from 1798 that circumvents the judiciary and that is specifically designed to only be used in wartime (not that this makes anything better, but whatever).

Well, here are some additional facts that keep coming up slowly, bit by bit, making this ever so slightly more worse:

• All the Deportees were allegedly part of a criminal network called "Tren de Aragua". We know of at least one Deportee who was accused of being part of that group based solely off the alleged fact, that his tattoos show his allegiance. The tattoo in question? An Air Jordan- and a crown-tattoo.
• Said Deportee didn't even enter the USA illegally. He waited for the start of his immigration procedure in Mexiko and only entered the US on the prompt of his CBP One app, the app used by US customs and imigrations to control immigration application and legal border crossing permits (for truckers for example).
• But it gets wilder, as said Deportee was immediatly apprehended at the border and deported to Guantanamo Bay without any sort of judicial processing. In fact, the chosen lawyer only got hold of every single step after this man was already relocated to a [strike]Venezuelan[/strike] El Salvadorian prison.
• Think this is wild enough? It gets even better: Trump didn't just invoke the act on monday, right before the deportation. No. The act was called into action on friday without anyone having been informed, outside of his GeStaPo (commonly called ICE these days) apparently.
• We still can go one further. This very Deportation was declared illegal by a judge, which you probably heard, but what only came out tonight was, that this judge, upon hearing that the Defendant is already in the air and under way to [strike]Venezuela[/strike] El Salvador, ordered the planes to turn around and return all the Deportees. This was promptly ignored by Trump's GeStaPo.
• Oh and the icing on the cake? Not all of the Deportees were conclusively proven to be [strike]Venezuelan[/strike] El Salvadorian citizens, so if you can put one and one together, it stands to reason that Trump just disappeared a bunch of people who nobody knows whether they are illegals, gang members or even [strike]Venezuelans[/strike] El Salvadorians to a high security prison with a "zero idling"-policy (I call it work camp for a reason) in [strike]Venezuela[/strike] El Salvador and ignored any sort of proper precedure and actively ignored court orders.
• Apparently Trump paid 6 million Dollars to [strike]Venezuela[/strike] El Salvador, for them to accept these "alleged criminals".

In short: If you look hispanic, you could and will be disappearing into a concentration camp in Southern America . If you are non-white, this will come for you soon, too. Soon enough, it will be white dissenters and, in the end, it will be white consenters. First they came for the hispanics and you didn't say a word. Then they came for the asians and didn't say a word. Then they came for the blacks and you didn't say a word. Then they came for your neighbour and you didn't say a word. In the end they'll come for you and there will be nobody left to speak for you... The time to openly and agressively dissent is now. Later, it will be too late. The US-citizenry must act NOW.

Arlington National Cemetery has scrubbed from its website information and educational materials about the history of black and female service members.

Some of the content removed from the site was on veterans who had received the nation's highest military recognition, the Medal of Honor, according to military news site Task & Purpose.

The content removal is part of a larger effort by President Donald Trump to eliminate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices in the military and throughout the federal government.

Approximately 400,000 veterans are buried in the Army-run cemetery, which was established after the US Civil War at the home of the South's general, Robert E. Lee.

On the cemetery's website, internal links that directed users to webpages with information about the "Notable Graves" of dozens of black, Hispanic and female veterans were missing on Friday.

Considering there is a new trend to ignore a Judge's ruling, we may see Trump start arresting his political foes. First the January 6th committee, then so on. If no one stops him on this, then we very well may see Joe Biden getting arrested. Once that happens, that's the end of America as we know it. All Hail the Dictator of America.
