"We must hunt and kill every last filthy Fascist!"

Is this hate speech, or not?
No, it's a perfectly reasonable reaction to fascists.
Its also a perfect example as to how ''hate speech'' and ''discrimination'' means different things to different people.

Fascists are a clear and present threat to everyone else's freedom and survival by definition. It's always self defense.

I altered your quote to better express its actual sentiment. Also, now it's universal.

The issue is not whether fascists are jerks. The issue is whether the statement is hate speech when the [Inserted Subgroup] is one you wish to protect, but perfectly acceptable when it's one you dislike or hate.

How charming, insinuating that I don't understand what the term means.

Now, answer the question: Is it hate speech to call for the death of fascists?

I insinuated nothing, I said it flat out. You either don't know or you're trying to be cute.

You are wrong on both counts.

If you'd prefer to discuss a different group, think of one you stringently dislike, and insert it into the phrase.

Is calling for the death of that group an example of hate speech?

Can't help but notice that you are doing your best to dodge the question.
