I think Israel's defense against charges of genocide in international court sounds pretty thin.

The ICJ has the total enforcement power of "ask nicely", so I wouldn't get your hopes up on it mattering beyond PR.

It’s also a good pool of evidence and rulings to draw on for the inevitable ICC cases, which will matter in like 3 years, but doesn’t have much in the way of stopping power.
