I believe you're young enough not to have been alive during the Reagan presidency. Also, you're fairly foolish and an ideologue. So you really aren't equipped to recognize how Biden's presidency gives similar vibes to Reagan's.

His handlers probably are.

But, I note, when a sitting US President begins to have serious age-related cognitive failures, his staff will try to prop him up rather than let him be replaced. Biden strikes me as beginning to deteriorate.

Crazy-ambitious people tend not to step down merely because they've gotten too old. Feinstein is a great example.

I don't care what the "vibes" are. He's not gutting regulations and tearing up civil liberties and generally doing the ultimate evil kind of shit Reagan did.

There's that foolishness again. I can think of plenty of reasons to criticize and oppose Reagan's actions as President, but describing him as "ultimate evil" is just ridiculous rhetoric.

Characterizing the people and positions you disagree with as 'evil' is a bad idea generally, and claiming it's 'ultimate evil' merely keeps people from taking you seriously.

It's part of why people perceive you as being young - in the pejorative sense, sheltered and unwise - when otherwise they have no idea of how old you are. You lack experience and perspective, as well as healthy self-doubt.

Lol. Where does Andrew Jackson stand on your list of American presidents if Reagan is at ''ultimate evil shit'' level?

Or Woodrow Wilson. Or Nixon. Or Lyndon B.

Or even, God help us all, Taft.

Taft? I've always thought of him as one of the most unremarkable, middle-of-the-road presidents. What did he ever do to stand out?

Yeah I haven't heard anything of significance about Taft either. What did he do that makes him worse than Reagan?

Nothing! Which is why he's a fantastic punchline to the buildup. Like the jury of the damned.
