I don't think their plan actually is to remove Biden. They just want to impeach him. The idea is that if every president gets impeached, their orange messiah having been impeached twice won't look as bad.

It also jams up Congress and stops anything from proceeding.

I figured this would happen on the very first one impeachment on Trump that they would do the same thing to the next Democrat president.
