It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I'm gonna be really bummed if I can't safely celebrate Halloween.

Funnily enough, cosplay occupies a weird middle ground. It is far more popular than Halloween, but again, wearing an outfit outside of the convention if you aren't a kid is just not done.

I stopped dressing up or trick or treating decades before most anybody else. I'm pretty sure most adults still dress up though, so yeah.
