I was wondering why the stats are so skewed, but it seems that swastika tagging is deemed a hate crime. That's not explicitly stated in the article, but looking online it seems to qualify in areas.

Do the other groups have such commonized insignia targeted against them?
A world on fire.

I don't know how much it matters, but I am seeing a lot of apparent anti-semitism in YouTube comments on the right, and a Womens' March ran into trouble with alleged anti-semitism (and support for an anti-Semite) from some of its leaders.

Before anyone jumps to any conclusions:
During the past 22 months, not one person caught or identified as the aggressor in an anti-Semitic hate crime has been associated with a far right-wing group, Mark Molinari, commanding officer of the police department’s Hate Crimes Task Force, told me.

from the same source:
The Anti-Defamation League maintains its own statistics and last year it reported that nine of the 12 physical assaults against Jews categorized as hate crimes in New York State were committed in Brooklyn and involved victims who were easily marked as members of traditionally Orthodox communities. Outside that world they were hardly noticed at all.

In other words, the type of Jews that get targeted for hate in NYC tend to be this kind:

And let's remember who was implicated in the recent arson attempts against yeshivas:

I don't think it really makes a difference if they're orthodox or not.

It would if you were a detective on a case or the mayor of NY dealing with a Jewish related whatever PR issue.

Anti-semitism, from what I can tell, seems to be on both sides of the left-right divide. Though the left might not consider it racism due to their "bigotry + power" definition.

Antisemitism has a presence among hardline Palestinian nationalists, because the apartheid regime that loudly advertises that it's a Jewish state run by, for, and about the right sort of Jews has been shitting on Palestine since before my father was even born. I mean, if Jews are LITERALLY stealing your land and mass-murdering unarmed protesters, you're going to hate Jews.

It's a much more major problem on the far-right, which has never really stopped being neo-Nazi at its core.

The mainstream left, center-left, and right wing are all staunchly against antisemitism (in fact, the places where Trump's gotten the MOST criticism from the Republicans has been for subtly antisemitic acts and statements), because America still feels kinda guilty for not ripping Hitler a new one earlier.

Antisemitism also has a significant presence in the African-American community, particularly it's more politically involved members.
After asserting, with a benevolent smile, that he is not an anti-Semite, Farrakhan dove into his feelings about Jews: “I just don’t like the way they misuse their power,” he said. “And I have a right to say that, without being labeled anti-Semitic, when I have done nothing to stop a Jewish person from getting an education, setting up a business, or doing whatever a Jewish person desires to do.” The remarks were evocative of the sentiments he has shared widely throughout his decades-long career as a public figure—namely, that blacks should not trust Jews.
This was the catalyst behind the recent Women's March kerfluffle.

I don't know where one would place this on the left-right spectrum. Blacks in America overwhelmingly vote Democratic, but many of them are not particularly down with a lot of the so-called 'liberal agenda.'

Wasn't it a big deal when Trump acknowledged Jerusalem as the capital of Israel?
