Not sure if this is a generally designated positive news pertaining to the shutdown, but Trump announced that he's gonna let gvmt reopen.

I think Pelosi delaying his SotU address added complicative pressure. That or more probably the arrest.

I also suspect that the fact that flight delays and cancellations started happening due to a large number of Air Traffic controllers not coming into work also put pressure on the senate.
