If this is their idea of making america great again then i'll take the terms with the last two presidents over what we have now.

Hope they catch whoever attacked him. I'm going to reserve further comment until more information becomes available though.

An area where lots of people wear MAGA hats. It's not hard to figure out. Given that the victim was subjected to homophobic slurs and racist assault, I thought the connection would be clear.

The implication seems to be to use this as another excuse to paint others with a broad brush. I'm skeptical myself, as other stories in the same vein have turned out to be fake, but there just isn't enough information to say one way of the other. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any footage of the attack from any of the nearby security cameras. The only thing the police have to go on are two dark figures on a nearby sidewalk. The original report said he was attacked with a noose - do the police have the noose?

I'm tempted to just point out that it's walking like a duck. I'm straight on not judging individuals first off, but we're all familiar with a little subsection of people in the corner of Trump's America that do stuff to this nature while boasting his name in tandem. So it's about as shocking as hearing about that fraternity that annoys everybody around with parties going too far with its hazing somehow.

And then just consider that it's not in the name of Trump by any explicit means. It's like comparing the MAGAs that would do this kind of thing with people that would go out of their way to make it look like MAGAs did it is just a dull thought experiment.

I guess you don't have to paint people with a broad brush, this could be news just relevant to fans of the actor. But yeah unfortunately I'm not swayed strongly to think contrarily to its legitimacy.

Really? Other than the fake-bomb sender, I don't recall people committing hate crimes in Trump's name (explicitly or implicitly). I'm more familiar with the hoaxes.
