Well shit, they are taking this seriously. Glad to see it.

(Seriously, I dunno if the legal case is there but Snyder’s got more than his share of blame on this. He put the emergency managers into place, the Michigan EPA reported that this would happen to his office. And ~mysteriously~ this was was originally reported to him over a year before it was formally announced but it didn’t come out until right after he was re-elected in a squeaker? Fuck him, seize his assets and pay for this to be fixed that way.)

Always hated the idea of emergency managers. Reminded me of the regional governors Palpatine installed.
