It's difficult to believe that this is actual news and not article from Onion but it seems legit and like it isn't joke. I wish it was but in this twisted world only twisted people get what they want.

A man that's been here far longer than an administration that conjured up a rule to expel him to a foreign, unfamiliar, and hostile land.
That's reminiscent of what I've learned about the trail of tears.

Well I was hoping that the comparison to the trail of tears would be emblematic of something more alarming than dislocation from one's homeland. It's not particularly subtle in its oppression.

We're talking about the same thing here, people being sent to their death by xenophobic politicians who can't comprehend the site of a diverse America. These guys have the mentality of Lovecraft without any of the imagination and with WAY too much power.
