Man the left has been desperate to play the Fascist card on Trump for a while now. Ya'll got blue balls when he decided not to sent in the army, but kept suggesting it. (all the while reminding people that every governer and mayor could send in the national guard at any time). Now you're trying to suggest that plain clothes officers are the secret police. I'm constantly amazed at how your rants show this utter lack of factual knowledge.

I don't think officers is used to describe militaristic outfits (pun intended). I'm not finding anything on the internet about SWAT for instance being called officers.

edit: yeah actually a few articles use the term "SWAT officer" so there is that. Nothing official so far though.

What is army? Is army DHS? Is army Border Patrol? Is army Coast Guard?

The closest would be the coast guard as it is an official branch but those weren't the people you were in a tizzy about (or in the picture you posted). Nobody takes the coast guard seriously, can't call Trump Hitler for using them. It's all about the optics.

Yes being armed is an intrinsic aspect of an Army/Armed Forces, (shocking I know) it's not the only factor of course but from what I can tell from the outside that info is not available.
