This is news because it's unexpected. Our Glorious Leader went to the funeral of somebody who did not personally support him or praise him, and he did not insult the deceased, did not brag about how much better he was, or do anything inappropriate or unbecoming of the office.
Good job! Maybe he's finally becoming Presidential after all! Somebody should write a thinkpeice about this or get interviewed on CNN.

It is rather surprising he didn't even low-key take a shot, yet I'd hardly expect him to, I dunno, urinate on the corpse or something, LOL.
And I wouldn't hold your breath.
