Maybe he's tired? He's approaching his sixties and might just want to relax more maybe? Then again it could be getting ahead of some scandal or other and big CEO types seem to not like not working, I know if I was worth over 150 billion dollars I'd stop working. Then again I'd probably stop at a way lower number than that like 20 million or something.

Maybe he is tired of making a shit ton of money.

He will still own a large share of the company.
He will continue to accumulate six figures of income every minute. He will just work even less for it.
