The new segregation/Disney goes woke/"Racial affinity" groups?

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but since it is news, I figured it may go here. Apologies if that isn't the case.
So it seems we have some news from the House of Mouse that they're demanding their white employees sign off on "white privilege" checklists while putting its POC employees into "racial affinity" groups. This, to me, seems like the new segregation, dividing POC and white people. Of course, anything can be faked online and you shouldn't trust whistleblowers without a modicum of caution, for it all may turn out to be staged.
However, to me, this seems consistent to Disney's constant, ruthless, cynical maneuvering to corporate tyranny. They don't pay Mr. Dean Foster and who knows who many other authors their royalties, they film next to literal concentration camps, and now they're returning to segregation, all capital-D democrats. It puts me in mind to that old quote. "The new fascists will call themselves anti-fascists."
I mean, maybe it's just me, a lily-white guy, but dividing Latinos and Latinas into the "Hola" group and the black employees into the "Wakanda" group seems just a bit racist to me, don't you think? Going purely off the group names, OFC. And I do worry for when this is made mandatory, and the pushback this is gonna have on white employees who aren't really bigots, they just disagree with their interpretation here, because it seems custom-made to open them up to accusations of bigotry and blackballing.

Personally, it's tempting me to just pirate all they make. For reading the new EU, head to libraries or purchase it secondhand. For their movies, wait till it comes to VOD or streaming. Or, buy a ticket to another movie and sneak into theirs. You're never gonna completely escape the grasp of all that Disney owns, but you can at least try to put a dent in their profit margins. Which is what I think I want to do from now on, barring new SWL, of course.
