Members of Randolph High School volleyball team have to change in bathroom stall after complaining about transgender student using their locker room
The female players claim the transgender student made a comment to them while they were changing that they found to be 'inappropriate'
Under Vermont state law, students can play sports and use the locker rooms of whatever gender with which they identify.
In other words, ''Accept a fully equipped biological male who sexually harasses you into your changing room, and if you complain, piss off out of your own changing room, bigot.''
Lol! Welcome to the brave new world that we are part of.

I like how the title is a straight up lie. They literally aren't banned, they're choosing to not use the locker room.

You clearly did not read the article I just linked.Draco Dracul wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 6:47 am I like how the title is a straight up lie. They literally aren't banned, they're choosing to not use the locker room.
''Members of a Vermont girls high school volleyball team have been banned from using their own locker room and now have to change in a single bathroom stall after they complained about a transgender teammate.''
It doesn't get clearer than that.

You're the one that didn't read the article because that claim exists only as a bullet point. In the actual body of the article the school just sent out an email saying that if they didn't feel comfortable changing in the locker room there were single occupancy stalls. At no point does it describe the school taking action that would constitute a ban.clearspira wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 7:05 amYou clearly did not read the article I just linked.Draco Dracul wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 6:47 am I like how the title is a straight up lie. And that after you decided to take a complete rag like the Daily Mail at face value.

If they were complaining about a lesbian or black team mate in the changing room the answer would presumably be the same. As it should be.

Re: Girls banned from their own changing room due to trans student
Where “banned” actually means ‘told they would be supervised in the locker room due to an incident in which multiple coaches and teachers heard the team bully the trans student’

EVERY story about “the transes went too far” is like this, some absolute piece of shit catching the slightest consequence for their bigotry calling in national right-wing media to escalate and intimidate the supportive institution into allowing bigotry. Y’all want us to not exist and will lay the groundwork for genocide to get it and you’ll deny that’s what it is every fucking step of the way.

Something like a third of the forum is trans (at minimum, that's just people I've seen mention it); I'm genuinely curious who you expect to convince with this stuff.

Can we really call this a "choice" though? "I choose to dress somewhere else because there is a guy in here sexually harassing us?"Draco Dracul wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 7:22 amYou're the one that didn't read the article because that claim exists only as a bullet point. Sounds like victim blaming to me. "You chose to go out wearing that low cut dress..."
I find that to be the bigger injustice.

A) I want a citation on that figure.hammerofglass wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:45 am Something like a third of the forum is trans (at minimum, that's just people I've seen mention it); I'm genuinely curious who you expect to convince with this stuff.
B) The difference between me and you is, I hate echo Chambers. I get my news from the right wing GBNews, Mail, TalkTV and Youtube just as readily as I get my news from the left wing BBC, Sky, CNN and Youtube. And I can say with authority therefore that letting transpeople into opposite sex changing rooms is NOT universally agreed upon by the trans community. Some of the biggest attackers of it in fact are actually not straight people at all but the rest of the alphabet community who are just as annoyed by it.
Your Twitter feed, or indeed, this supposedly 33% trans message board is not real life.

1) You are 100% not someone who can be trusted not to harass people if I listed names. Read the damn room.clearspira wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:59 amA) I want a citation on that figure.hammerofglass wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:45 am Something like a third of the forum is trans (at minimum, that's just people I've seen mention it); I'm genuinely curious who you expect to convince with this stuff.

2) BBC, Sky, and CNN are not remotely left wing. The people working there would be offended by that. Reuters and AP are further left than any of them, and not having a slant is the whole point of those.
