Its simple. A former biological female who identifies as a man, transman wants to use his biological female equipment that he still as a former biological female equipment to get pregnant. It's that simple. He isn't biologically male. On a more general level, if you're simply someone who wants a kid, this is an option that's available. And there's no obligation to commit fully with transexual medical operations in order to fulfill an associative standard with the gender at large.
