Police murder 15 year old girl they were sent to rescue

I was waiting on someone else to comment on this. But reading the article and watching the recording my thoughts.
What a cluster fuck. From the footage there were shots fired before the truck stopped. Puffs of dirt came up on odd places no where near the truck. It stopped, the girl got out and then she got up and tried to hurry to the one officer. My best excuse for this is no one realized he was calling her forward and assumed she was aggressive. And I call it an excuse because the police did shoot her. That is a fact not in question.
