I know right? It's honestly something that's been bugging me for a while in a lot of 2D animated shows which is the animation seems to be at a lower frame rate than what it use to be. Even in shows like Castlevania which has some great fight scenes the scenes between those fight scenes seems to be on a lower budget.

I personally really enjoyed the first two episodes of MAWS but the animation is really stiff even during the fight scenes. I mean just compare this scene from the second episode of MAWS

Again, so far I'm enjoying the new show (and along with Superman and Lois it looks like Superman is returning to what made us love him again instead of what we've gotten) but I do find the animation to be slightly lower quality.
