That artwork for the Thirteenth Doctor is certainly something.
Even more so compared to the much more sensible one for the Tenth and Farewell. Then I guess they didn't want a ruckus by having a depiction of David Tennant that's not sufficiently hot enough.

They already did Warhammer 40k, a few sets of Dungeons and Dragons, and Lord of the Rings. The MTG metaverse is getting pretty crowded.
