The idea was interesting. A planet completely cut off from everything that they don't even know that there was galactic civil war. The head bad guy was somewhat complex but still a bad guy. The main characters, the children, acted like children and were way over their heads.

Bad dear God turn on the lights! Why are some many TV shows today have to have everything dim that you can hardly see thier faces?

This is purely anecdotal on my part, but your average Star Wars fan judging by YouTube and Comic Con are 30+ year old men. I don't think kids in general are watching this brand. A) As I said in the other thread this is systematic of end stage apathy and B) Kids have other things to watch. There was a surge of kids dressing up as Rey in 2015 but that didn't last.

Eh, Ahsoka is a show designed to appeal to people who grew up on The Clone Wars and Rebels.

There's a Star Wars children's fandom that grew up but it's smaller than the movies.

Star Wars also has a notoriously aggressive and toxic fandom. So being visibly into it is less who watches it and more who's willing to make themselves a target for some angry entitled guy getting in your face and demanding you name every Clone for him or you're a fake fan.

I don't think so. My sister once had a stranger come up to her in a checkout line and accuse her of wearing her boyfriend's clothes without knowing what they meant because she had her Boondock Saints sweater on. Just refused to believe there were *shudder* women who enjoyed a thing he liked and decided he was entitled to gatekeep a total stranger.
