I talked about LOOTER CAPITALISM when discussing Fallout and both sides hated the term. The anti-capitalists thought all capitalism was and pro-capitalists said I was dumb. But for me that's the definition of "disruptors" like Elon. They blow away functioning systems to pick up the ashes. So suddenly the Vault-Tec board's plans make more sense.
